Here's what you need:
A map of your wedding locale
Card stock
Scissors
Brads

First, lay out your paper: it's time to make your airplane! If you visit the tutorial, Wedding Chicks offers a sweet, simple way to fold your paper airplane. You can design your airplanes yourself, or if you're looking for some other ways to fold your plane, this site offers a few other nifty designs as well.

To create your compass, cut out a 3″ x 3″ circle in your cardstock. Write, ink, or stamp out your "N," "S," "E," and "W" around the edges of the circle along with your wedding date.

Your second cardstock circle shoud be the same size as the first, with the added compass shape around the edges. Stack your two circles together and, using a craft knife, create a hole in the center through both layers. Push the brad through both circles and fold the tips of the brad outward to properly hold it in place!

Now your save the dates are ready for flight!
