Love a splash of color with a DIY flair?

This fantastic tutorial by Studio DIY is simple and sweet, and all you need is tissue paper, scissors, glue, and toothpicks!

First, cut your tissue paper by into strips, approximately 4 inches long and 1 inch wide. Then fringe them up using scissors.

Next, run a very thin strip of glue along the edge of your tissue paper. Take your toothpick and roll the tissue paper around it!

It's as easy as that! You can now use your colorful fringed toppers for your favorite desserts!
