Fashion Friday: Vintage Inspired Wedding Gowns
Friday, January 21, 2011 at 10:52AM One of my favorite things about weddings right now is that brides are looking to make everything about them unique to them. One of the best ways a bride can express her style is through her wedding gown. For those of you who love vintage style, look to gowns that are off white and feature lace, ruffles, or are simple and understated. Another way to embrace your love for vintage style (besides buying a used gown) is to actually have a gown made that was inspired by a vintage wedding gown.
Recently I stumbled upon the Etsy Shop, The Peppermint Pretty. While the shop is relatively new, the designs are timeless. I would love to wear any of the gowns from this shop if I ever renewed my vows. Some of my favorite are below.

Darling Nikki: Vintage Wedding Gown with Pockets
Jackie Blue: Vintage Wedding Gown with Ruffles
Summer Holiday: Short Vintage Inspired Wedding Gown
Hello Dolly: Vintage Inspired Wedding Gown
Chelsea Morning: Lace Vintage Wedding Gown

Eleanore Rigby: Vintage Inspired Wedding Gown

LOVE that top right one. SOOOO cute! :)
The 30's and 40's era had the most beautiful elegant dresses...I am glad that these styles are making a comeback.
